Accommodation

The accommodation can sleep 6 comfortably and comprises of the following; upstairs, bedroom 1 has a king-size sleigh bed and bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room.  There is a shower room and WC between the bedrooms.  Downstairs is bedroom 3 with another king size sleigh bed and a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.  In the large lounge  area downstairs is a seated area with a multi fuel stove and a dining table with views out of the patio doors to the garden and neighbouring lake beyond.  There is a smart flat screen TV fitted to the wall.  The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

• Outside: large gardens.  Amenities: ample off-road parking.
• Luxury Christy bed linen throughout, towels, oil central heating, Wi-Fi are all included.
• Regretfully no smoking.
• 1 well behaved dog is very welcome.
• A well-stocked log store and coal ovals are also included.
